THANKYOU TO ALL WHO ATTENDED PARTY IN THE PADDOCK AND MADE IT SUCH A BRILLIANT WEEKEND! LOOKING FORWARD TO NEXT YEAR'S ALREADY
       
       


 

Only a few hundred yards from its previous home, now just off Poole Road, the legendary Boundary Marquee has been regenerated and is now The Party in the Paddock!

Bigger and better than ever before but with everything you all loved about the previous years parties! Set in beautiful mature parkland but still only a few minutes from the town centre.

Bigger bands, bigger bars, extra facilities, extra security and more fun! But with the option of buying your tickets before the event ! and so avoiding any queuing or disappointments. It is bound to be busy so get in early!

Where we are!

As you can see on the map we are actually only a short distance from the centre of Wimborne!   But please note that access can only be gained via the entrance in Poole Road.




Parking!

Below is the list of performers we had at the 2010 Party In The Paddock, 2011 acts will be listed here as and when they are booked.

Friday night    
     
7.30 - 8.30pm Constellation. Local, talented, singing their own music
     
9.00 - 11.30pm NOASIS. The UK's No1 Oasis tribute band!
     
Saturday    
     
12 – 2pm Headland. Young, local and talented! Not to be missed
     
3– 5pm The Black Sheep. Always a folk favourite.
     
6– 8pm The Boothill Allstars. Great name, great band.
     
9 – 11.30pm Pronghorn. The band that defined folkrock!
     
Sunday    
     
12 -2pm Colt 45. Young up and coming local talent at its best
     
2 – 4pm Lady Winwoods Maggot. Top folk with attitude.
     
5 – 7pm Souled Out. To close the party! A big sound! Everyone's favourite Soul Band
     
 

FOLLOW THAT FIRE ENGINE is an awe inspiring expedition that has never been attempted before. A crew of friends plan to acheive Guinness World Record status by circumnavigating the globe...in a fire engine. To find out more click on the fire engine above.

 

Enjoy the party, have a great time but please be aware of local residents when leaving the party and act sensibly!

No Dogs or pets will be allowed on site so please don't bring them along!

Party in the Paddock is organised and run with co-operation of the Dorset Police and we support their initiatives 'Challenge 21' and 'Banned from one Banned from all'. If you are asked for ID please take it as a compliment to your youthful appearance. If you are or have been asked to leave any of the festival venues we will be contacted and you will not be allowed admission here!
