Wimborne Rocks Again!
Last year was excellent as we rocked, rolled, ska’d and danced our way through the weekend - have a look at the picture gallery, you might be in it? Our Facebook page is also a good place to let us know how you got on. This year promises to be even better! Getting the balance and quality right is so important and this year we have hit top form! We have 2 of the best tribute bands in the country, The Fourfighters (Foo Fighters) and The Fillers (The Killers), check out their websites for a preview in our links section – awesome! Back this up with local legends Jim Etherington, Lady Winwoods Maggot, Souled Out South and The Boothill Allstars and it can’t fail. Then on top of this throw in the stunning brilliance of Mad Dog Mcrea, Rat Race and The Dolmen and it’s almost too good! So as we grow and progress to become the musical event of the year in Wimborne make sure you come along, join us and have a good time. 4 bars, CCTV and extra security worked so well last year we’ve repeated it, and don’t forget the children’s entertainers throughout the Saturday and Sunday afternoons. All of this and we’ve still kept the ticket price ridiculously low, also this year you can purchase day tickets in advance for the first time. But remember, we sold out last year so get your tickets (wristbands) early to avoid disappointment. However, please note that Friday is an over 18’s night only. On Saturday and Sunday U18’s must be accompanied by an adult and on Saturday they will need to vacate the park by 7pm as from 7pm onwards it reverts to an over 18’s event once more.
Enjoy the party, have a great time but please be aware of local residents when leaving the party, keep the noise down and act sensibly!
No dogs or pets will be allowed on site so please don’t bring them along!
